In a Grade 10 Careers class, I saw Norman McLaren's Neighbours (1952) which inspired me to become a filmmaker.
I attended Sheridan College for their Media Arts program, specializing in Post Production Audio. My love of computers never waned, so my main job involves customer service and computer repair.
Today, I spend much of my free time working on projects. Whenever I get interested in an idea, I obsessively persue it- learning all there is to know about it, before I try it myself. Once completed, I move on to the next project idea that grabs my attention.
I still like to get involved with media, especially when it comes to new interfaces for human-computer interaction. I think those guys at the MIT Media Lab are awesome, especially the Tangible Media Group. PLOrk is another good example.
My friends and I do a lot of work together at Scientia Labs, but we're not really good blog posters.
